B. Returns Policy.
In the event that any item purchased from House-name.com is found to be defective upon receipt by you, House-name.com will replace the defective item provided the item is returned to us in its original packaging by mail within ten business days to the following address:

Please note that House-name.com reserves the right to reject a return in the event that the above conditions are not met.
In the event you require a refund please advise info@house-name.com upon mailing to us the faulty item. Refunds will only be made in respect of faulty items returned where the above conditions have been met and the error is determined to be the fault of House-name.com. Refund amounts will only be credited to the credit card of the purchaser
Shipping charges will only be refunded in the event that it is determined that the defective item is found to be faulty and that the fault is the error of House-name.com.
C. Terms and Conditions for the supply of House-name.com products.
The agreement between us;
House-name.com must receive full payment for goods ordered before your order can be accepted. Upon clearance of your payment House-name.com will confirm via e-mail at the address provided on the order form that your order has been accepted. Upon acceptance by us of your order we shall enter into a legally binding agreement.
The price
The price payable for the goods ordered is as displayed in our Web site.
The price displayed will include any applicable United Kingdom sales taxes and United Kingdom delivery. Our Vat No. is GB 210 0400 58
All transactions will be processed in Sterling currency.
Delivery
House-name.com will deliver the goods to you at the address provided by you in the order form.
Your order will be despatched as soon as possible after acceptance and delivery will be made by standard mail. (Within 28 days).
Upon receipt by you of the goods ordered you will become the owner and House-name.com will have no liability for their loss or destruction.
Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations.
Liability
Unless we receive notification within ten business days of any shortages, damages, defects or if the goods are not what you ordered then House-name.com shall have no liability for the goods that have been delivered to you.
In the event that you have not received the goods within thirty days of our acceptance of your order, then House-name.com shall have no liability unless notification of non-delivery is received by us within ten days following the of expiry of the thirty days.
If any of the above problems occur and you have notified us under the conditions laid out the only obligation of House-name.com shall be, at its option: -
a) To make good any non-delivery or shortage;
b) To replace any damaged or defective items; or
c) To refund to you the amount paid for the goods in question.
Other than to refund to you the amount paid out for the goods in question, House-name.com shall not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from any problem notified to House-name.com by you under the above conditions, and House-name.com shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation.
None of the above conditions are intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit House-name.com's liability to you for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.
Force Majeure
House-name.com will accept no liability for failure to deliver goods that have been ordered by you, or any delay in delivering those goods, or for any damage or defect to the goods delivered caused as a result of an event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Invalidity
If any part of this agreement shall for any reason be deemed unenforceable then the enforceability of any other part of these conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
Governing Law
The laws of England whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction shall govern this agreement.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions together with the Web site prices set out our whole agreement in respect of the supply of goods to you by House-name.com and cannot be varied other than in writing signed by a director of The Hardware Centre trading as House-name.com.
Meanings
In this agreement: -
" House-name.com " means The Hardware Centre;
"Business day" means every calendar day apart from weekends and public holidays;
"us" means House-name.com and you together; and
"you" and "your" means the purchaser of the goods under these terms and conditions.
